OFB at Ross holds many events throughout the school year that are open to the Ross community, and some that are open to the whole University of Michigan community.
Every year, OFB at Ross hosts one of the school’s most popular events. MBgAy is a charity drag show that gives students a chance to let their hair down after a hectic recruiting season.
National Coming Out Week
OFB at Ross hosts events throughout National Coming out week. Some of the events we hosted this year include coming out stories, ally training, and an ally pledge and photo booth.

Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Conference
OFB at Ross turned up in force at the 2016 ROMBA conference in Dallas this past October. The Reaching Out LGBT MBA & Business Graduate Conference is the annual conference of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) graduate business school students – the largest gathering of LGBT business students in the world.
